Telmore was recognized in 2023 as one of Denmark's leading telecom brands for customer experience and digital performance. This recognition reflects a long-term commitment to creating simple, intuitive, and customer-focused digital solutions.
Through user-centered design, customer journey optimization, and close collaboration with business and development teams, I contributed to shaping digital experiences used by thousands of customers every day.
#1 Customer Experience Ranking
In 2023, Telmore was ranked #1 for customer experience among more than 300 Danish brands in Wilke's CX Benchmark analysis. The recognition highlighted Telmore's long-term focus on creating customer-centric digital experiences, intuitive self-service solutions, and seamless customer journeys.
Through continuous UX improvements across e-commerce and self-service platforms, I contributed to creating digital experiences that helped strengthen customer satisfaction and loyalty.
